Studio use + Quiet solution ---> Palmer PDI06L08 ?

I'd like to have your view on this :

I would like to record my guitars with real amps because i'm tired of ampsims.

But the problem is that I live in flat and i'm not able to record with a Poweramp + cabinet without having issues with police.

So I would like to buy a loadbox to push the poweramp volume very loud and to mute the speaker in order to record the DI in my presonus Firepod with poweramp at its highest capacity.

Is it a good choice ?

I looked to torpedo but it is too expensive for me.

I think what you want is a loadbox with a line out. From what I see the Palmer only has speaker outs.
