Stupid 5150 question.

I want to buy a footswitch for my newly aquired 5150.

My question is:

It's an old 5150 (signed front) model.

Is it a 2 switch pedal or just one and if so whats the other thing (besides chanells) that is switchable?

the footwitch is a little wierd, couldnt get my marshall to work with it...
however, if you use a one button footswitch and pull the lead half way out, hey presto it works

Hey yeah I just noticed that tonight, tried a generic 2 button footpedal and the right switch worked for the chanell switch?

mine didnt oddly, the light changed but the channel didnt....
very odd!works now, and i sure as hell aint using the peavy footswitch, amp didnt come with one, and im not paying good money for a bit of tupperware

It always amused me that the footswitch was so crappy for such a good amp!

Yeah I just saw that: plastic? What a rip. My BV120H didn't even have a plastic footswitch (and that head is cheap for a tube head)
