I haven't heard either of the releases since "Emprise to Avalon". Has anyone given these albums a spin: "Signs for the Fallen" and last year's "Command to Charge"?

Apparently they dropped the folk/black metal theme and went with straight up death metal.

Some song titles from Command to Charge: "Decibel Dance", "C14_Measured by Infinity", "Second Skin"....

Emprise to Avalon = but I haven't heard it in ages. Maybe this weekend...

SIgns for the Fallen is OK, but it's not as good as the previous outings. the folk thing keeps getting less and less on their albums. i read CtC had some almost nu leanings. i'll stick with the early stuffs

Their last album has nu-ish riffs on it. I almost never get through the whole album because it bores me. Signs for the fallen is better.

Redundant is the right word.
