Summoning (or other band) Artwork

Does anyone know where I can find the artwork that Summoning used in the "Mortal Heroes" CD? Not the front cover (albeit cool), but the scenery depicted inside the booklet.

If not Summoning, then other black/viking artwork that depicts the haunting scenery of Northern Europe. I'm decorating and looking for good artwork/posters...
