I think the whole mix kinda hangs in the middle of raw vs more or less produced.
mostly due the drumsounds and the editing on the breaks.

I'm no pro on here, so I'll keep my thoughts to a minimum, however.. If that snare and toms are real... I honestly don't know what to say cause to me they sound pretty fake, the Tom rolls mostly. But hey, programmed or not programmed I don't think you're getting that raw sort of vibe you want MOSTLY because of the drum sounds to be honest. Otherwise, I actually am pretty fond of the borderline muddy overall vibe to be honest. But I'd fix those drums dude :S (Actually.. yeah, add a little bite to those guitars and that'd do it)

you kinda remind me of this dude I was in high school with

he used to walk around with a beeper (remember those?) when he was 15, telling all of us that his job at the hospital gave it to him because he was an ambulance driver and they may need him to leave school in an emergency

he would get soooo fuckin mad when we called bullshit on him. I mean, it was like pathological. He would seriously get mad enough to want to throw hands with someone who said he was full of shit.
