Superior 2.0 Add-On / Update

I haven't heard much about the add-on pack (N.Y. Vol. 2) for Superior 2.0. Anyone using this? What are your thoughts on it?

Also, for anyone else unaware, Toontrack has a patch (2.1) for SD 2.0. It adds some welcome fixes/features.

I'm using it, and I refuse to use anything else.

Here's a tiny thing I did with an SDX-built kit, my G&L bass + Helian VST, and my Hellraiser 7 string + 7170.

So are the cymbals and room sounds a significant improvement or??

It's about the same quality all around. If you don't really like S2.0, you won't really like the SDX.

I love X-Pads.

The only two notes I have about it..

The first is the weird shape of one of the rooms, I think Allaire. It's a strange room shape, so the decay for drums and cymbals actually lasts longer on the right side than the left side. It's not enough to bother me, I'm still using the drums and cymbals and stuff from that room. But I can see how perfectionists would care. I think it really adds to the vibe.

The second is that now, I think there's like five 21" AAXplosion crashes sampled between Avatar, Allaire, and Hit Factory. I feel like maybe they could stand to diversify a little.
