Got it in my hands now! Killer album I must say! Great songs, great sound, fucking amazing! Some songs gets more attention from me know in this early stage: War of the gods (favourite since I first heard it), Töcks taunt, Destroyer of the universe, Wrath of the norsemen and the slow and epic: Doom over dead man! Now off to watch the Bochum DVD!

Figurines just seem either retarded or egotistical. I don't really want to play with a tiny Johan. Not sure who thought it was a good idea. If they're gonna make figurines, they should instead make 8 foot statues that breath fire or something badass like that.

Not too enthusiastic Review though.
But in Metal Hammer Germany Surtur Rising is the Album of the Month with an average of 5,56 out of 7 points. Judged by 18 people in total. That's pretty good ^^

I've watched part of it using a normal DVD player, sending audio and video via scart to an old school Sony TV with stereo sound.
It's nice, good quality of both audio and video.
