I don't remember any Swedish bands selling out, other than In Flames...

UK - venom, motorhead, iron maiden, judas priest, black sabbath, any NWOBHM band, my dying bride, akercocke, paradise lost, list goes on and on

US - morbid angel, nevermore, death, testament, slayer, metallica, obituary, suffocation, agalloch, watchtower, cynic, deicide, etc etc list goes on...

Also, how can NFU rank Deicide so high is wrong, their music was generic at best ( Benton's growls were scary though for the time)

Deicide are nothing to write home about and they are lots of american bands who are way better.
