BLACK SABBATH "Black Box" set. I dunno. I would like to have it, but is there anything new or rare? Is there a dvd in there? I would like to know more, but doesn't that thing come out this week?

I can't decide whether to burn up my Best Buy gift cards and get the motorhead box or not. Part of me wants it, but part of me says make the money go farther...dammit. Lots of cool stuff about to come out.....

oh! Great stuff! I picked up some non metal...Minor Threat, Radiohead, and 2 dvd's for the baby...Elmo and Finding Nemo. I've still got new dad fever so I had to cash some in on the baby! haha BUT........... I still have about $50 left and plan to put it all on metal!!!!!!!! Swine, I'm definitely going for the King Diamond and Iced Earth (if my "source" doesn't come through) and that 6 feet under sounds good! I do love Owens!

that faith no more live at brixton is a cool one.
i was at that gig funnily enough.cant see myself on the vid-a couple of my mates are there in the crowd though.they were a fuckin great band live.

Hell yeah, Faith No More were incredible live! I got to see them twice in small bars before they broke big here in the states. The second show was with Circus Of Power openening up... what a great night that was!

Swine, how is that Dokken DVD? I'm very tempted to pick it up since Lynch is on it.

Get this. I saw them open for Billy Idol when they were in support of The RealThing. You're right they put on one hell of a show & with no damn gimmicks!

Very cool. I guess that was about the same time or a little after that I saw them. About a month or 2 after the second time we saw them the video for Epic came out and the rest is history, could not believe how they took off after that. How many times did MTv play that damn video??!!! And you're right about the no gimmicks thing Swine, they just got up there and blasted it out! Great band! Even the early albums with Chuck singing are cool in my book.

I wasn't that big on the first record(with Chuck). There were however, some great tracks on there. I guess I just wasn't into his vocals. Jim Martin was/is one hell of an underrated guitarist!

I am about to purchase Dead Soul Tribe "A Murder of Crows" and Sun Caged S/T release. I'm also going to bid on Misha Calvin's "Evolution 1" again. The last time I bid, I made a $25 max and it sold for $26 doh !!
