I just checked these guys out randomly because they feature Lars Jensen who is the guy behind Myrkgrav. They have two awesome songs up on their MySpace page. They describe themselves as "Melodic extreme metal, with elements from black metal and heavy metal" which although sounds kind of vague, actually pretty much hits the nail on the head.
These songs are instantly catchy (some here might think it's too accessible or something), so the effect might wear off soon, but at the moment I'm pretty excited about hearing more from them! They don't have a label at the moment though.
