Shit, well mebbe i shoulda kept my comment to myself then, the last thing i wanted to do was cause ANY offence, and i know i have now so i am EXTREMELY sorry.... :cry:

Theres no excuse for what i said, it just came out cause i joke around with my mates about it. Maybe its all jealousy on my part for how amazing and talented Romeo is, he is one of my most favourite musicians of all time and SyX is one of the greatest bands i have ever heard.

I'm glad Deron and Jax already made the point on this question, but i just can't keep it to myself as this kind of stuff makes me feel very sad... :cry:
It's not to be hypocrit or something... of course it happens that i joke as well with people i know, about their (or mine in the majority of cases) appearance, but this doesn't mean that i judge someone's *weight* to be a significant characteristic... ESPECIALLY when we are talking about one of the greatest guitar players in history ok???

Before reading Deron's post, I was thinking exactly the same: what if one day the guys decide to make a jump in here and start reading all this shit??? Which image would they have about their fans??? :s
I think the best move would be editing that post, or deleting at least this part of the thread...

As for the non-moving heads of Prog Power... :D it was not my intention to tell the crowd sucked or something, maybe they weren't just used to an 8 hour concert... i can assure at the Gods of Metal festival we destroyed ourselves from 10am to midnight (even with bands who didnt deserve it lol :D ), so that's why the comment!!! :cool: (of course the day after we were not even talkin or movin, but that's another story :D )

Well sorry for the post i just did, i was writing and listening to music at the same time and so i didnt notice you made your apologies... DUH!
Anyways... hope this thread was useful also for other people who always joke around about this question to make them understand it's not very clever to judge such a wonderful person only because he doesnt have the phisique of a model :p
If not maybe he would have gone doing Ads for Calvin Klein and we would have missed one of the greatest musician and composers in history!!! :D

BTW! cool your avatar... i was just spinning Star One a lot today when i went to university (1 hour and a half into a bus must be filled with something good no?) and i think Russell does an excellent performance on that album (2 of my favs are Starchild, and Intergalactic Space Crusader)... i woulda loved see them live but unfortunately i cant :cry:
Hope at least to get to see SyX on the next tour but also that is not certain by now... AAARGH!!!! :mad:

cool thanks i got it from the syx website :D star one are great yeah i love russell's perfomances i still listen time and time again Dawn Of A Millions Souls of Ayreon one of my favorites in that cd :D i wish i could buy the new star one cd but all the cd stores that i got near suck they only have trendy stuff:cry: i need to order it online oh and you are lucky that you get to see syx live lol i can't:cry: well i'll better for a dvd release or download some live videos:D
