Symbolica, Brazillian metal...does anyone else get Angel Dust from this?

It took me a second to figure out who the vocals sounded like. This feels very Angel Dust to me...and I loved me some Angel Dust so its a good thing!

I am listening to the samples of Dominate, the album he did with Adagio. That reinforces the Dirk Thurisch vibe for me! I haven't heard of the other two bands he was in. But I will after hearing this!

The new disc is a very welcome return of Dirk. There is a ballad on it that could have come straight off an Angel Dust disc.

RR is Timo Tolkki's first band after Stratovarius. I personally didn't care for it. Lord of Mushrooms is very good crazy prog metal.

Good stuff, the singer does have a Dirk vibe going on. I'll have to check out more. I'm a huge Angel Dust fan, Enlighten the Darkness is one of my top 10 of all time. One of the most underrated metal concept albums too.

Symbolica Posts Teaser For New Music Video

Brazilian metal act Symbolica, featuring Code of Silence/Human Fortress vocalist Gus Monsanto, posted a teaser for the band's upcoming new music video for the song "Awake the Wrath of Angels." The song appears on the 2012 debut "Procession."
