I dont really like most symphonic BM bands (i dont really like the overbearing keyboards) but two bands i really like who can fall under that category are Vesperian Sorrow (a band from Texas) and a one man band called Mirrorthrone (its kind of symphonic black/death, but i just got the new mirrorthrone album and it rules)

I think Ad Noctum is my favorite Limbonic Art. Lux Occulta which Moose recommended is probably among the best of that style, as well. Early Rotting Christ also very good, and early Samael (up to Ceremony of Opposites)
