they have some good stuff, very talented, and probably i can find myself enjoying their music here and there, but i dont have any cds by Simphony X, and probably never will.

Awesome band. I've seen them live twice and they were amazing both times. The Divine Wings Of Tragedy is one of my favorite discs of all time.

hell ya, i love DWOT, i just recently saw them on the Odyssey tour, and it was most amazing show, they played everything from V to DWOT, to Odyssey and Twilight, and then came back and played the whole Odyssey epic, the whole 24 minutes.......just amazing

I have Divine Wings of Tragedy. Excellent stuff, though I wish their keyboarist would learn to play a fucking guitar. KEYBOARDS DO NOT BELONG IN METAL! (Even if you're Children of Bodom.)

Okay, keyboards are acceptable for occasional effect and such, as well as piano intros/outros. And Deep Purple and Blue Öyster Cult can use all the keyboards they want, because, well, they're Deep fucking Purple and BÖC.

Other than that, I stand by my principles. Regular usage of keys is a no-no. Overwhelming usage of keys (see: Rhapsody) is punishable by hanging.
