Hell yeah we have to catch up man! I'll try to remember to get Keith to bring you down one of our CDs for you! It'll just be me, him, and my brother this time. This will also be the first concert I've gone to where I can (legally) buy a drink. :kickass:

Ok so...

Palabra De Dios and I are thinking of driving down much earlier than we usually do and hit up the Vortex or some other such nonsense. Would anyone be up for meeting us somewhere (somewhere easy for us to find) and hang out for awhile before the show or anything?

Justin

what a great show! Symphony X = :notworthy

...and it sure was cool seeing everyone there tonight. It was like a mini-progpower night. Pretty sweet. And thanks to everyone who showed up so early and got to see my boyz in Halcyon Way. I hope you all enjoyed their set, and will be able to come see them on Aug 24th at sidelines in Marietta!

right now it's time for a shower and bed. I have to be up in about 5 hours for work. :zombie:

Halycon Way was fantastic tonight! THis was a great show. Time to go to bed, I will post more later.

Symphony X was so amazing. They're show was powerful and full of emotion. I can't even begin to explain how awesome it was because anything I say will be a complete understatement from what they truly deserve. Flawless performance!!!

Great show, there was something for almost everyone on stage tonight.

It was cool to see a lot of ProgPower USA folks....I'd say every tenth person at the show was wearing a ProgPower t-shirt.

It was also cool to talk, however briefly, to Carlos Zema of Outworld. (!)
No, he wasn't there, but there were a couple of guys from Brazil at the show who knew him well, and (for no apparent reason) called him up. :D

symphony X was unbelievable...The Oddyssey made me cry. Axial Discorrelation played to the wrong crowd. They were good, but out of place. Halcyon Way was cool. "Sanc-titty" was alright for having Jack Black as their guitarist ;)

Out of all the bands that I had not heard (everyone but SX) I was most impressed by Echoes of Eternity. I'd never heard them before and afterwards bought their CD and got it signed.

Awesome awesome night. Great way to celebrate a birthday.

At least now I know what hell will be like, except Axial Discorrelation will be headlining.

 All I can say is that any band with a song called "Balls Deep in a Baby" gets taken off the Artistic Roll Call immediately.

(Besides, were those kids even old enough to be in a club?? Less like Axial Discorrelation and more like Oxyclear Discoloration :zombie: ).
