I just saw this CD titled Reflections. It seems to be a best of compilation also featuring a cover of Savatage's "Power of the Night". Does anyone know who released it and if it's an official album?

it's an offical release by the infamous Black Mark label

It is an official release. I beleive this was the last release for TM on Black Mark. The Savatage cover was originally on the Black Mark Tribute album, which was basically a bunch of their bands covering a bunch of tunes by various other artitsts, both metal and otherwise.
