Tape effect at the end of burning bridges

I'm looking for a way to replicate the sound of tape stopping, where the pitch drops suddenly, like at the end of burning bridges by Arch Enemy. Anybody know a way to do this using protools? I may just end up using my whammy pedal but i'd rather it sound better then that.

It's a vst so you'll need a wrapper.
