Hi everybody I´m thinging about to buy one.

My setup

Onyx 1640 firewire
cubase sx3
pc

My question is how to use this hardware plugin for mastering with my set up?


Master left right out and then into a channel back

or must I buy a cd recorder for the real proffesionel way?

Or perhaps control room out back in a a stereo and then ...

please help because I realy thing about a hardware mastering plug

You could record the finalized version into a stereo channel, use your digital connections so you won´t deal with conversion. There are mastering houses that do not use a cd recorder and are still pro. Save the money for the cd recorder to buy something else...
