HPOE, I guess that they`ll come with Jasiu, at least if he`ll be drumming on the new LP. But having Louie would be great too. Can`t wait, it`s only 2 months left! But let`s wait for the confirmation of the date and line up from the band in the first place!

Now all is crystal clear...

TESTAMENT Will NOT Headline Poland's METALMANIA 2006 Festival - Dec. 29, 2005

Despite an announcement to the contrary by the organizers of Poland's Metalmania 2006 festival, San Francisco Bay Area thrashers TESTAMENT have **NOT** been confirmed to headline next year's event, which is scheduled to take place March 4, 2006 at Spodek in Katowice. TESTAMENT's booking agent, Tammy Taylor of Maximus Entertainment, told BLABBERMOUTH.NET earlier today, "[We], the agency that represents TESTAMENT, [have] an international booking policy. We ask for a 10% binder before negotiating with any buyer. This is for the purpose of the buyer being in good standing and good intentions for our acts. This binder is not a confirmation that the act will be performing, but only that we will ask the band if they are available for the date in question. This is the exact policy that we went through with the promoter in Poland. You can verify this policy with the promoter in Spain for the Atarfe Vega Rock Festival [scheduled for March 10-11, 2006 at Nave Medina Elvira in Atarfe, Granada], which is confirmed. The promoter in Poland took it upon himself to advertise before we declined this show. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused any fans. Please take note the band TESTAMENT is not at fault for any of this."
