testament music used on 'bumfights' website

just visited this website out of curiousity (apparently 2 of the 'bums' from the videos are suing the makers)

then click on 'click to view now' and you'll get a 30 second preview of the fights. about half way through you'll hear they used a segment from one of the tracks from demonic.
wonder if they used the full track on the video...
do the guys know about this???
