These tour dates only go through June. Any reason why we shouldn't expect more (especially US) to come? Some conflicts in the summer or fall I haven't heard about?

These tour dates just look like the first round or first leg of the 2008 tour to me. I would imagine they are planning more U.S. and Canada dates for later in the year with even better and popular support bands.

A lot of these shows are confirmed before the release date. It will be interesting to see how many songs they play off 'The Formation of Damnation' album.

Please come back to Canada in support of The Formation of Damnation and bring back some killer opening bands like last show when Brutal Truth, Dismember, and Grave were on the bill.

That is a very cool and optimistic interview. I have to say that once they got into the studio, they did their job pretty fast.
Ah, and speaking of brutal- I'm sure they meant Demonic brutal with growls occupying half of the album- and I think it's good to hear this new one won't be like that. You can't expect Chuck to sing Christmass carols or pop music, so rest assured it will be brutal enough! I hope not brutal meant also that heaviness will not be the main trait of the album, that the stress is not put on pure brutality, but on a mix of melodic, technical, catchy and heavy.. Well, we will see- very soon!
