Weight Training/Bodybuilding
All it does is fuck up my joints, and incur various other injuries for me from doing it for most of my life. Especially, since my job is physical as well, which makes it worse. For now on, I shall stick to strictly cardio in conjunction with a balanced diet. Afterall, it's much more practical.
I just have to get over my body dysmorphia syndrome that I have always had. :Smug:
