Check out any Statement of Faith by a Southern Baptist church and it's in there. Right next to the not drinking (I can't make this stuff up guys...)

Reformed Presbyterians think dancing and drinking are okay but can't be done to glorify God (it's a base pleasure that God is ambivalent on), Reformed Baptists don't dance or drink except the ones who have their heads on straight, Methodists and Lutherans don't care, Assembly's of God only dance and drink on Saturdays.

Falwell was a die-hard Southern Baptist (no pun intended.) Liberty U was originally called Liberty Baptist University, but then dropped the Baptist to get more people in (although they left their theology alone).

Don't believe me? Check out Bob Jones University and their "no or limited contact" rule between guys and girls. Or even the G-limit ratings for watching movies on or off campus. Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, tattoos and dancing.
