I find it interesting, to say the least, and I'm sure there will be plenty to say about it.

That list doesn't suck!

Interesting though that the only song released in the past 2 years that I could see was by Slipknot.

Basicaally it would seem they decided to omit the past decade, but try not to make that look obvious by including a Nu-Metal band in the top 50.

Iced Earth came in at 41! They deserve better of course, we all know that

This site is also more regularly accessed by real metal fans; note that Marilyn Manson got a guernsey too. But you're right, it doesn't suck!

Would have liked to have seen more Dream Theater in there, but at least one song (Pull Me Under) made it in.

And how in the hell did they manage to rank Tornado of Souls in the 90's!! That's a shocker, that song kicks all kinds of ass.

Other than that, a pretty good list.
