Popeye's and Bojangles are the best chain chicken joints in my opinion. WAIT! I forgot about Churches chicken, but they are always in bad neighborhoods! But damn, My Mom and I braved the wilds just for some fried okra on a few occasions.

Popeye's spicey chicken tenders are awesome when I dip them in hot sauce and I miss Churches Chicken that was in McAllen Texas.
