I am STILL waiting on this CD. I have had nothing but problems trying to get my hands on it. I got it on eBay a couple weeks ago, and still no sign....I've heard so many great things about it, and I just want to hear it for myself!

Why do sites like Amazon and DeepDiscountCD have this Cd for PRE-order with a release date of 9/26/06??

You're obviously looking at the wrong ones. Amazon tend to have a few different entries for the same albums, often imports. Maybe that one was originally entered into the database with an incorrect spelling of the title ("Battle") and then later they entered it again, this time with the full title, and it made a new entry rather than recognising it was already in there. Or maybe not.
