And from what I can hear in youtube quality mix sounds awesome, so fucking dense it feels like a massive roundkick in your face! Great find erkan, didnt know them, I did know hour of penance since a few of them are in this band

This is the most intense shit I've heard since Decapitated so yeah you're right about them being intense The music and the mix fit each other PERFECTLY - both are dense as fuck. You should check out their debul album "Oracles". Although it is heavily compressed and squashed, I don't mind it at all because it fits the music so perfectly. Dense is the keyword here.

But I seriously dig their style. It's basically classical music played in a death metal fashion with shitloads of distortion so you can't really hear the classical music behind it anymore but that's not important haha! No but seriously.. the riffs are just awesome when you really focus on them. Their debut album "Oracles" is orgasmic. Pounding away at 110% all the way through the album, dudes are insane.

EP is damn solid, yes. I must say that if you think Decapitated were the last great death metal band then you've been missing out! Check out the last release by a band called Deivos - 'Gospel of Maggots' which I think was totally engineered/mixed/mastered by the good Polish brothers mentioned before so it's got a very cool (though definitely smashed) mix. A few very Decapitated-esque bits...

Sounds pretty cool, I'll have to pick up the album. I love the brutal stuff like this, were there's still a bit of a groove and some melody. The new Brain Drill sounds like a crazy guitar solo from start to finish, that kind of shit is hard to get into, while I can appreciate it from a purely technical standpoint
