I used a Shure SM7b and the usual EQ, Compression, and slight delay.

As for EQ, just a high shelf boost and a little boost around 3-4k.

Compression was the IK Multimedia 1176 and LA2A emulations. 1176 all buttons in mode and a good bit of gain reduction. LA2A in limiting mode with a pretty decent amount of gain reduction as well.

Delay was NastyDLA by Bootsy, a really great freeware delay.
