Just an FYI for anyone using VRBO / Home Away. If you are lucky enough to work with a lady named Nicole Dunbar who does alot of Property Management in the Atlantic Station / Downtown Atlanta area she has been nothing short of awesome. Super responsive and proactive with her resources. I am very stoked for the awesome condo we rented this year over in AS, its going to be epic!

Hi Jen, VRBO Property 382033 it was on your original thread at the end of last year or early this year. Nicole closed that one out since I rented it and is using that property number for another condo now, the one showing for it is different than the one I rented.

I wanted to revive this thread. I realize some of the URL's I posted last year may no longer be valid. I will begin posting 2014 rental deals here too as I have time. I hope this helps someone! We have a lot more attendees this year, so I recommend making reservations as soon as you can.

I recommend searching rentals in "Midtown Atlanta", "Atlantic Station", or "Piedmont Park" - they will be closest to the venue.
"Downtown Atlanta" you will need to take MARTA to the venue and cab it back (as MARTA stops running before fest ends)
