Harris is amazing, but I'd put him fourth:
1. Steve Digiorgio
2. Les Claypool
3. Sean Malone
4. Steve Harris
5. Jason Newsted (with Flotsam and Jetsam, not Metallica)

But I'm only referring to talent, I haven't seen any of them live and have no way of determining who is coolest.
