The Cure VS. Depeche Mode

Who is better? I have to go with The Cure. Pornography, Disintegration, and Seventeen Seconds are all complete classics (plus they have many other records with 5-7 excellent songs on them). Depeche Mode did some great stuff as well (especially on Violator), but I usually only find about 3-4 songs I really like on each record they put out.

I never cared for The Cure at all, so I went with Depeche Mode.

They play two kinds of music that cannot be compared at all, in my opinion. I cannot vote. Both great bands anyway.

The only problem is that I've NEVER been able to catch DM live so far, while I've seen the Cure 3 times, so I could like them a bit more, bcs of their performances... but what I've seen on tv or on the net from DM is great. I really hope to catch 'em live, one day...
