It wasn't meant to be assholish, it was a compliment to the guy's manliness, not a barb. And even if I did say it to poke fun at the guy (which I didn't!), then it would have been a harmless joke, at least as far as I know. Is there a sensitive or touchy subject I'm not aware of? And if there is, I'm sure the guy will tell me himself and he can have my apology right here and now.
