u guys ever see this movie?

i just caught it on tv for the first time and it blew my mind. its a documentary made about mainly the mid 80's LA "metal" scene at the height of its popularity. it was documenting all these bands popping up in the wake of the scene's popularity and how they were misled by the promises of rock stardom.

it was so amazingly sad seeing all these bands trying to make it. they were all 100% convinced that they were just about to be rock stars and there would be no chance theyd fail. they all pretty much said theyd make it or die trying.

so what'd those of you who saw it think of this movie?
i'd really like to find out what happened to some of these guys who thought they were on the brink of becoming rock stars........

Chris Holmes drinking his self nearly to death with his poor ol mom right there if I recall :tickled: Joe Perry and Steven Tyler open up about their variour addictions, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley talk about all the ass they get. Alice Cooper is in there too. I seem to recall a very, very, strung out Dave Mustaine and David Ellefson. And then all the hair bands. How about the dude with skunk hair :OMG: All in all, it's a great film.
