The thing is, for me .. The Drapery Falls is the songs that really display how amazing Steven Wilson is at producing. The song has, as many have already said, this amazing hypnotic quality and the rhythm tones are absolutely spot on (throughout BWP, but TDF is the song where it is most apparent for me). You must appreciate Mikael for writing such a brilliant track, but you must also acknowledge Steven for really making it shine out.

This is a perfect example of how good Blackwater Park is. Just the overall touch and perfection that was put into it is a perfect example of how good Steven Wilson is at producing. And when you look at everything after that, like Deliverance, Damnation, GR...it has progressed Opeth even further, and I hope Opeth will continue to keep going for many years.
