Yes, the U.S has black outs! I spent nearly 16 hours without power and our water almost ran out! That was hell! No A/C, No computer, No video games, No dvd, no anything except to stare at the walls, go outside or go for a walk!! So, needless to say, I was jumping for joy when the power and water finally came back on!! I hope that never happens again!
