Hey there

thanks for noticing! This tune has some really cool concepts as far as bass tone goes. I used two basses: Alembic Persuader 4 string and Dean Rhapsody 8 string. Every line throughout the song is doubled, with the Alembic taking the lowest octave and the Dean doubling an octave higher (which actually turns out to be the next two octaves because its an 8string--a 4 string doubled-like a 12 string guitar) so, there is a 3 octave spread within the line all the way thru the song. It was tracked direct , with the tone coming from my fingers!!! The Dean had a more mids to bring out the 8 string effect. Actually pretty basic, but the effect is cool!
