Really loving this band right now. So different from the over produced stuff we normally love and listen too. This is so cut and dry, its just pure awesomeness.

It's funny cause the whole album was put together by Shirley. They played a ton of ideas and it was Shirley who cut them together as songs afterwards.
I really like the sound of this, the drums sound great, except for the kick which I'm not that fond of.

Well you have to realize its JASON BOHNAM thats the typical BOHNAM kick sound. All BOOM and no tick. I think it fits the mix great in this context!

Drums are actually not that different from what he does with maiden (minus the awful over compression).
Very nice Zeppelinesque vibe. Drums that sound like drums. I need to get this.

That was totally the first thing that hit me about this ... I fucking love em. Toms are sooooo fucking raw!

Just the entire thing HUGE low end thats on the verge of totally out of control. It feels like its gonna fall apart any second.

I am REALLY loving this.
