A list on a website but as always i'm not surprised that there are mistakes. It's always like this with internet. And as i'm not finnish i can't see the errors. Also i don't know if some of them sounds like old names...

And for Mikkeli i don't know maybe some foreigners found it was a nice name for a child. It happens sometimes.
