This is Spain

Man. It looks like mine is good or decent or whatever but not great. I dunno any of this shit. I just hear that EU has insane speeds.. which I guess depends on where you're talking about cuz some of you guys have some horrible numbers from the looks of it, hahah

Yes, and for good reason. The bit is a well defined unit, the byte is machine dependant and therefore no use for measuring speeds between arbitrary machines

Yeah, I guess I'm just crazy then. But however I did notice that when I logged back into speedtest.net it all the sudden change everyone's speedtest result to megabytes as I had it set. Pretty cool.

Depends what you mean with crazy. But it totally depends what country you are in. Alot of the new EU members like Latvia have drastically improved their broadband in recent years (probably down to the fact that they didn't have copper wires before and started with fibre straight away lol) where as western members like the UK can't be asked to change their copper wires to fibre. (see below) Obviously we have better things to spend our money on (like paying benefits to fat people who can't be asked to work).
Just the other day I got a letter through the door telling me that BT Infinity was available in my area (40 meg downloads I think). Anyway, I go to their site to sign up and it's telling me that my highest speed will still be 2 meg, as my line doesn't support more. Whats the fucking point then?
