HAHA, you just described every house in Italy.
It's the long rectangular one in front of the big field with the single tree in the middle. It's actually several houses. They're called row houses because they're all one big building, divided into different houses. Kinda like duplexes, but not quite.

She jumped on the back of my neighbor's rottweiler the other day and started kicking his ass. Now the dog is scared to death of her.
She guards my house like a dog and growls at other cats or people she doesn't know. Then when she knows you she jumps in your lap, buries her head in your stomach and starts licking.
Don't ask why, I have no idea.

I think there are so many metalheads where I live because they're all barbarian ancestors. The barbarians conquered this region centuries ago and fucked all the women. That's why Italians from the north don't look like Italians from the south, who are more middle-eastern looking and dark complected. Their features here are much lighter, unless they've got ancestors further south.
