Death/Black Metal how it should be done. Brutal enough to snap your spine, but with enough subtleties to allow you to lay there paralyzed to listen to the experience. While, I’m not very familiar with the band, they offer up tracks with original riffage & bludgeoning rhythm shifts. Death Metal is one subgenre that has grown stagnant as of late. The Legion will be welcome listen to your ears. Unseen to Creation was released in 2003, yet I have heard nothing about this disc until the kind folks at The End Records slipped me a copy. Why this band is not up there with their contemporaries in anyone’s guess. Let’s change this. A band that truly deserves some recognition in the Metal Community. Among the highlights of this release "Those Beyond," "Knee Deep In Blood(how fucking metal is that?!)," "Awakened Fury," & "Rise of the Fallen."
