I don't think it's one of the band's particular favourites. There was this funny incidence at NEARfest 2002 or something when Ted asked the audience which one song off of "Break" they'd like to hear. Some guy shouted "The Lizard!!!" and Ted smugly replied "The Lizard? You've heard the album, right?"

Definitely one of my favorite songs of theirs. That chorus is just killer.
