The Ltd Basses Are Good Or Ares Poor Basses?

LTD basses are pretty decent, especially considering the money. I own a ESP F-205, and it plays awesome, and the neck is very comfortable. The weight is great, not lopsided like some basses (coughBCRichcough), and it looks and feels great. The only complaint I had is that the action was so low when I got it that I was buzzing all over the place. But its a very nice bass, and the word from the Man himself is that his stock plays great, too.

Well the model is an ESP F-205, but the headstock is emblazoned with the LTD symbol, so its an LTD bass. Only cost me $524, if I remember correctly.

I have mostly ESP Custom basses, but I do own a couple of LTDs. And honestly I think they're just fine. I have a purple F-205 stock bass and it sounds better in the studio than a couple of the Customs. For the price, I think you can't go wrong. I've seen very expensive basses out there that are shit. So for a decent bass with a cheap price...I mean, what bad can you say about it?

! My bassist (she's a girl) owns a LTD B-305, cherry black, 5 strings, neck thru body, with EMG pickups. She payed it 829 euros....I think that its the finest bass I'e ever heard live. It goes through an SWR 120 w working man series...that's a super sound for me!

yeah ,but no matter what bass u have there is nothing better than good woods combined with each other in a perfect way by a specialist , my bass costed me 500$ custom made emg singles pckups fretless 4 strings and it sounds almost like Pastorius Jazz fender ,so...
