then send everything via e-mail contracting for mixing price

On a tight budget I would suggest you to get 4 mics. Kick/Snare/Overheads.
It will sound decent. Then for toms IF you want more of them in the mix get some samples and use it. It's going to sound fine.

di's recorded with decent gear, not clipping, tight playing, etc I guess

Download reaper 0.99 all free plugins u can get ur hands on all free drum samples u can get ur hands on(get ad drums demo too) all the free amp and cab sims and buy one of them 1/4 to 1/8 jack converters and get the shortest cable u can find plug into an fx pedal on bypass and plug that into line in on pc
