Hey guys. For the fans of extreme metal, what are your thoughts on this legendary old school black/death maybe even doom and sometimes borderline grindcore band? Their first three albums are amazing, their fourth gets a light pass, Protogoni is pretty fucking awesome. Tormenting the Holy Trinity? Raw as fuck. TEAR rips. My favorite live by them is the Aztec Assault DVD.

Profanus is.... alright. It isn't really my thing. The World? In my humble opinion it's a masterpiece. And one of the only few albums which I care about its lyrics. It spoke to me and honestly I keep re-listening to it every now and then. I recommend Protogoni as a modern black/death release, excellent riffs, some catchy parts, etc. My favorite track from that album is Akhenaton.
