the clipping is seriously not that bad. I have yet to really notice it so its a lot better than the majority of albums out there today.

Yup, especially on the tom hits (the toms incidentally being the only instrument I would say genuinely sounds good on the album; everything else is just "meh" to "adequate" IMO)
