First I said it was shit but now i love it, i needed to get used to it..

What do you think of it?

just heard it in quite a rush, first impression wasn't too good. Some nice ideas, but pretty boring, but maybe i need some more listens as well.

I think it's great!

I was a bit worried when I heard that Ross Robinson is going to produce the new Cure album, but he hasn't ruined the band. This is the most modern sounding Cure album, but the mood is still there.

There are some useless songs on the album (Never and alt.end for example), but at least half of the songs are just brilliant. Lost, Labyrinth, Before Three, Anniversary, The Promise and Going Nowhere are equally as great as anything they've done before.

I'd give it 8,5 out of 10. It's almost as good as Disintegration or Pornography and definitely better than Bloodflowers, which is probably the most tired and boring Cure album to date.

The bonus-DVD you get with the deluxe edition is completely pointless. I'd save my money and buy the normal version.

I have it and although it didnt really appeal to me the first time round I wont totally condemn it..I do like it but it doesnt really strike me as a great album it might grow on me but Im enjoying other albums too much at the moment to really give it the time of day I do like the video to the new single though

well, orchid.. dont give up! First I was only stroke by how shit it was, I was really disappointed. then.. i just listened to it again and again and now I think its one of their best albums..

strangely, my fav is Pormise -which most ppl dont like, and I cant stand Before 3 at all.
I think its because I wanted to hear something like Bloodflowers.

oh, and they recorded more songs than on the album,
so search the internet for these (these are the best songs imo):
This Morning
Fake
Truth Goddness and Beauty
Going Nowhere

US version has only 11 songs, UK has 13, and there are 15 on vinyl!

WTF? I really love the laidback attitude and melancholy of Bloodflowers. Tired it may be but in a special kind of good way. It's easily in my all time top 10 counting all the albums I've ever heard.

Something like Wild Mood Swings is simply awful...And the new one doesn't sound too good though I have to give it more spins.
