Also, had I known this project was in the works, I never ever would have expected anyone to cover IneartheD songs I kinda would've hoped for Talking of the Trees instead of Homeland though, IIRC that's the song that was supposed to be on Something Wild at some point.

" So, there’s the Helsinki Book Fair on October 23rd, with some of these guys behind the masks: @henkkaseppaelae, @raatikainen_jaska and @janne_wirman. Longtime journalist and @theflamingsideburns drummer @jayburnside will be interviewing us about @cobhc book (that’s what I think), and we’ll be signing copies — the band members for sure, but I might sign a few too.
That picture was taken in Japan around 2001, when Children of Bodom toured there with @darktranquillityofficial. The guys might remember the story differently, but here’s my version:
we were these silly dudes (rednecks?) from Finland, and back then nobody wore masks in Scandinavia — not for pollution or anything else. So when we saw people in ancient Japan walking around the city wearing masks, we were like, ‘damn, this is what the big world looks like’.
Naturally, the next hilarious idea — more or less as a joke as you might guess — was: let’s buy five masks and start shooting some new Children of Bodom photos. And as always with these guys, there was no shortage of laughter while setting up the photoshoot — and yeah, we got some pretty cool pictures out of it too. "
