Yeah, the wild pig (halvolina, like the ones that roam around OUR mountains), is pretty damned good. I just had a ham hock my boss gave me, all professionally butchered and vacuum sealed, and it tasted like normal ham, maybe a bit more flavor, since they usually only eat alfalfa or barley, not the grub and steroids that normal pigs eat. Very good stuff.

Yeah, pistachios are really good. Mmm.
