Because there were a few people that wondered what happened to the tons of previously unreleased songs that I had, Avantgarde (Italy) is pressing a collection of those songs on an album called 'Nightmares at Dawn' coming out very soon.

The album will have some odd songs and strange surprises. You'll probably hate it though, that's not one of the surprises. Avantgarde will also be pressing some older ep reissues and those too will have some extra songs from a few years ago, before the ending.

DARKSPACE have finally mastered ‘Dark Space -I’ and have already switched back working on ‘Dark Space IV’. We dont announce anything but we have clear expectations to be put into conditions to release “something” from them in Spring. The band is confirmed playing at Hellfest 2012 in June and will play in Canada after the summer!

News of almighty proportions has landed as Southern Lord announce a deluxe reissue of one of the towering achievements in metal history, Dopesmoker by SLEEP.

For the 2012 reissue, there are some very notable changes. The original studio tapes have been remastered presenting the album as the band had originally intended. The audio is clearer, louder, and at last brings a true representation of SLEEP’s hour-plus Weedian chronicle. Exclusive to this Southern Lord edition is brand new artwork by long time SLEEP artist Arik Roper, to be unveiled in the coming weeks. Additionally, this reborn version of Dopesmoker boasts an unreleased live recording of one of the band’s best all-time performances: “Holy Mountain” from San Francisco’s I-Beam in 1994.

Southern Lord is overwhelmingly ecstatic to reissue one of the most important recordings in heavy metal history. This edition ensures that this mesmerizing, incredibly complex document remains unrivaled in the annals of stoner metal.

"The "Umskiptar" album is also a return-to-the-roots album for me, with a strong focus on atmosphere and wholeness rather than anything else. The vocals on this one however are more important than on any other album, with a total of 66 stanzas, some of them even repeated a few times, making up the lyrics of the album. The vocals are very important for the special atmosphere and are more important than on any other Burzum album, and more varied too – and as honest as it gets".

On Amazon it looks like there 3 different versions. Different artwork and an artbook.

Unfortunately "varied" means that he will try to do more of his gay pseudosinging and "honest" means that he will talk to your ear like a lesbian for half of the record imo.
